We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair March 2023. If you apply for this job now and are shortlisted, then please come to the job fair and we will have an interview booth ready for you.

  • Manage day-to-day all HR Operation function to be able to achieve target in the time frame.
  • Monthly Reports to MD.
  • Must help write SOPs. Must always have updated SOPs in hand.
  • Must always have employee contracts, NDAs and all necessary paper works prepared.
  • Lead HR transformation programs, incorporating changes in strategy, structure, people, process and systems, to achieve HR technology, service and operational excellence.
  • Understand the business strategy and determine its implications on the workforce
  • Working closely with Management regarding policy, recruitment and termination of department and higher, monthly meeting and reports, strategic planning and people development.
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring HR budget and plan.
  • Develop yearly training plan, and company activities/program in comply with business requirements.
  • Develop and update company rules & regulations in accordance with business requirements and Labor Laws and ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports such as turnover rate, absenteeism, vacancies and monthly report. Consult with manager changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition.
  • Work with HOD and Manager to ensure JD’s and the actual ground situation and update as needed.
  • Work closely with Govt. offices (SSB, Labor, Tax offices and so on)

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management and Administration, MBA degree holder is more preferable
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations & Performance Management Role
  • Strong HR strategic planning and operational management experience
  • Strong Management Skill and leadership Skill, Problem solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and can work at tight deadline and under pressure
  • Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office and related HR System/ Software
  • Lead the process to recruit and hire a superior workforce by providing innovative sourcing strategies, manpower planning and Organization Chart is updated
  • Understanding of Labor laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, discrimination, and harassment.
