An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for Recruiting, Job offer, Employment contracting and confirmation and contract renewal, Staff information & Profile updating/registration, etc
  • Received and check the staff requisition forms from all departments of Capital Retail (g&g/Capital).
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • As of sourcing, to use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates by using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide feedback to the seniors and management about details regarding applications
  • Checking the background start from executive level to the top level.
  • Preparing letters such as offer, appointment and confirmation.
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
  • Ensure to align with hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Follow through the documentation processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Report by monthly new employment information, transfer list and permanent list to L&D team, Payroll team.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, Employee Contract, etc.) of each employee.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly manpower report to Line Manager.
  • Dealing with HR recruitment operations related issue for YGN, NPT and MDY.
  • Arrange on job training and follow up for new hires.
  • Handling process for Internal transfer within in house or Groupwise.
  • Assist Line Manager for better performance Management for all the departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the recruitment field, especially in the retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook/HRIS System
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and English proficiency is necessary
  • Leadership experience would be plus
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of employee within the organization
