  •   Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  •    Track OKR achievements and improvement plans.
  •  Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Handle employee issues and disciplinary matters fairly.
  •  Conduct engagement and morale-boosting programs.
  •  Ensure healthy communication between management and staff
  • Coordinate annual/semi-annual performance appraisals.
  • Support management with talent development.
  • Maintain accurate records (attendance, leave, HR files).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree, preferably in bachelor’s degree in human resources a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
  • Good leadership skill and problem -solving skill.
