Job Summary

The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure team efficiency and organizational alignment. This role focuses on supervising staff ‌and monitoring Performance Management ensuring strict compliance with Myanmar labor regulations and company policies. Directly report to HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and assign tasks to HR Staff and Assistants, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment and address challenges.
  • Employee Services: Oversee disciplinary checks, benefits administration, employee records, and savings schemes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, review job advertisements, and ensure onboarding documentation complies with company policy.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing appraisal systems and monitor probation assessments and performance improvement plans.
  • Attendance & Payroll Integration: Supervise the maintenance of accurate attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities meet labor law standards and oversee the preparation of HR metrics and analytical reports for management.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the primary HR contact for department heads and facilitate effective communication across the organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Diploma or professional HR certifications are required.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
  • Deep expertise in Myanmar labor laws and at least two or three HR domains (Recruitment, T&D, or Performance Management).
  • Ability to travel for HR audits and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
