Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination

-Maintain employee records, personal files with soft/hard copy

-Implement and follow HR policies, procedures, and company rules

-Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs

-Recheck attendance, leave, and overtime calculation for payroll processing

-Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters

-Support the planning and coordination of training and development programs

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

-Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management

-Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR 

-Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
