Position Overview
Exera Myanmar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting blue-collar workers. The ideal candidate will be an expert in high-volume hiring, talent sourcing strategies, and workforce planning to ensure we attract the best talent for our security, logistics, and operations teams.
Core Task
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain blue-collar workers, including security guards, drivers, and logistics personnel.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and timely hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, vocational training institutions, and referral programs.
Develop strong partnerships with local communities, labor agencies, and industry networks to ensure a steady supply of skilled workers.
Oversee the screening and assessment process to ensure candidates meet job and company requirements.
Work closely with department heads to forecast workforce needs and align hiring efforts with business goals.
Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all recruitment practices.
Leverage HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process.
Provide training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on blue-collar or high-volume hiring.
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including digital platforms and offline methods.
Strong knowledge of local labor market trends and workforce planning.
Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment software.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in English and Burmese is preferred.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid computer skills, HRIS & Microsoft Excel mandatory
