We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

A Sr. HR Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department

  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
  • Assist in preparing job posts in accordance with the requirements specified for the positions needed.
  • Effectively and efficiently utilizing internal and external resources to ensure that the right person is selected and placed for the vacant position within the organization, and to help obtain a specified number of CVs
  • Employee attendance record and salary payment calculation
  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
  • General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to labor law and rules of SSB, EC contract & Income Tax
  • Arrange & Support all HR Activity Plans
  • Building a culture of continual improvement all aligned to our purpose.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating employee’s data
  • Prepare the office announcement letter of any issues which are mentioned by management

Job Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor Degree (Any Graduate).
  • Knowledge of HR Software.
  • Must have strong HRM Knowledge.
  • Must be used Advanced Excel.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR Field.
  • More prefer the Degree of (B.Com in HR and BBA in HR) (MBA)
  • Must have good communication skill, willing to learn and able to work to get the job done.
  • Must have good computer skill and knowledge of Microsoft package, and payroll software.
