  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  •  Experiences in Recruitment process and implement new sourcing methods.
  • Design workplace policy to reduce conflicts & ugly issues.
  • Monitor performance records to identify the scopes of improvement.
  • Maintain work culture, creating a positive implosion of the company.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
  •  Source and find candidates qualified and suitable for open positions within given timeline.
  • Maintain a continuous recruiting model in order to always find the best talent for the company.
  • Collaborate with Training and Development, Employee retention, employee promotion and demotion process.
  •  Employee turnover report (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly).
  •  Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls.
  • Monitoring the government related affairs including Tax and SSB, etc.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefit packages follow the rules and regulations of government.
  • Manage exit interview for resigned employee (Executive and above), record the feedback.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor holder with Diploma in HRM, MBA prefer.
  • Over 10 years' experience as a HR Management level.
  • Hands-on experience in full HR function.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll.
  • Able to speak and write English fluently.
