.Lead, manage and develop the HEINEKEN Myanmar Procurement team.Ensure security of supply of key materials and services.Ensure compliance with the standard processes, procedures, governance and internal controls.To deliver competitive advantage to HEINEKEN Myanmar from Group and Local deals, through the optimum use of the Global Procurement Toolbox. Establish contracts with core supply base.Define the annual operation plan for the department(including the strategic direction for the local team) based on the Opportunity Assessment process.Ensure local team activities are in line with the Global & Regional Category Strategy.Independently manage Local improvement projects and provide support to Global improvement projects.Global Contracts(Centre Led) -Ensure proper execution of all centrally negotiated contracts -Ensure provision of all information to Category teams in a timely manner. Local Contracts (Centre of Excellence or Local) -Develop Sourcing Strategies for local spend -Ensure the availability of all specific contract requirements and conditions for the OpCo prior to tendering, negotiation, supplier selection and contracting.Contract Management- Lead all Contract Management activities within the OpCo- Manage the overview of all Supplier Relationships- Develop and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders within both HGP Central and HAP Regional Procurement.Manage the Local Procurement team with responsibility for recruitment, development, succession planning and career development..Annually set SMART targets for the team based on the guidance and advice from the Regional Procurement Services Manager.Create the Personal Development Plans for the team and use these as a working base for the development targets throughout the year.Identify capability gaps and develop and lead local improvement plans to address these.Regularly report financial and supplier performance information for both materials and services to the Local and Global teams.Accountable for managing Master data management issues within procurement and will escalate issue and requirements where required..Track on compliance of rules, requirements and procedure of operating system..Provide guideline to the team in System/Standard upgrading and new Standard/ System implementation..Evaluate the effectiveness of operating systems/ standards and provide feedback to Management team for improvement.
• University degree in business, finance, commercial, economic or technical discipline• Procurement qualification preferred but not mandatory• Strong background in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably within a beverages or FMCG company• Clear line management experience, with demonstrable skills in people development• Well-developed networking and communication skills• Experience in working in multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-lingual organizationsStrong relationship management background coupled with pro-active continuous improvement and problem solving abilities
