Job Description

> To manage RBIs to develop Branded Shop (Route Plan,  Trip Expense, check the report, training and negotiate with them)

> To manage the MPT brand shop building renovation, roll out plan and proceed to receive management approval. Follow up PR,PO process and align with necessary procedure with internal team.

> To manage the Sale promoter by aligning with Regional members.

> To solve the promoter related issues by aligning with other related team and department.

> Event & POSM Management , logistic arrangement by aligning with other related departments.

> Calculate the Promoter salary and incentive for Sale Promoter on weekly and monthly basic.

>Understanding Administration,Staff issue, Rules and Regulations,communication and cooperation

> Good Communication skill

> Can do under pressure and positive attitude .

> Finish the work within timeline.

> Proficient Excel skill is a must

> Construction knowledge is advantage
