Technical Requirements- Strong Software development experience, particularly in online web development environment.- Strong experience in agile and most up to date system development methodologies, working with functional and technical specifications.- Prior development experience in any MS Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, CSS, HTML, SQLServer, PHP, MYSql, App development for IoS and Android, is preferred- Strong experience with database design preferably in MS SQL Server, to handle large databases, and complex to optimised queries is also ideal.- Must have experience developing large scale systems, including large database to handle thousands of customers and users in online real-time mode, as well as high speed batch processing development- Experience in software development productivity tools is necessary, including source code management, product / issue management, project management, release management- Good understanding of hosting / infrastructure needs and scalability, AWS is ideal- Proven ability to manage software tech teams up to 20 staff, including project management and workloads is essential.Product Management- Develop & design products, features, and functionality in order to generate the most business value, including writing comprehensive and detailed product specifications and requirements.- Familiar and experience with the most up to date software tools for product and issue management.- Working with all stakeholders, Sales, Marketing, IT, Clients, Customer Success etc.- Conduct client, market and user research to determine end user needs/wants, implement UX/UI plan accordingly- Along with being customer-focused, must be Metrics / results oriented - about product performance, conversions, usage, etc.- Validate new requirements and hypotheses for new features- Maintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap
