- Functional Responsibilities - Aftersales support for power equipment.- Service Schedule Arrangement for service team and report to Manager.- Prepare the costing & create the Quotation for service, spare parts and rental.- Send the Quotation to customer after AFS Manager Approved.- To follow up quotations that sent to customer.- Coordinate with Parts Admin for the Parts Requirement after receiving quotation approval.- Collect and Control the work done paper, DO and Service Report from Technicians.- Issue the Invoices with DO and Service Reports.- To arrange travelling for service team.- Support the service team for the requirement. (Safety shoe, helmet, uniform shirt)- Support to sale admin for Machine serial no. Engine Model, Serial No. etc...- To update customer Database after commissioning.- To update contract customer list.- To send monthly report of work done and income price list.- To check and confirm the price of parts from Service admin Parts before sending the quotation
Requirements 1) Any graduated (Engineer prefer)2) At Least 3 years experience in relevant field. 3) Microsoft Office4) English Reading, Writing, Speaking and Emailing.5) Require good communication skill in customer support.6) Require good coordinating, organizing in teamwork.
