Job Description

• Must be able to manage the entire project team
• Ensure and approve effective application of construction methodologies and enforce project and site standards.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, client, subcontractors, Engineering and project management to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, defect rectification and construction problems.
• Coordinate work sequences accordingly to set milestones dates to ensure completion according to the schedule
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Planning, design, and day to day running of projects undertaken by the company
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for the execution of works
• Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
• Monitor progress and make adjustment as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Project forecast and report timely.
• Responsible for the preparation, managing resources, execution of the construction schedule and delivering the project according to timeline and budget
• Maintain effective communication and negotiation with respective parties and official bodies for all project related matters.

• Undertake ad-hoc duties to project execution

• Able to management team and ensure on time delivery of work
• Min 7 years+ working experience in related field and managerial experience and building project Projects.
• Able to stay at the construction sites and reside the sites if needs
• Must have strong technical and project management skills on construction of Factory and experience managing the construction of boilers is a plus
• Must have Efficient Communication Skills, Reporting Skills and Good Interpersonal Skills
• IT Literate with Design Software, AutoCAD, etc.
