• Keeping track of all payments, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances• Maintaining historical records• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment• Paying and verifying the payment lists reports and preparing the bank instructions• Paying vendors by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendors enquiries regarding finance• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports• Continuing to improve the payment process• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions and assist with month end closing• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information• Provide supporting documentation for audits and Ad hoc management
Requirements• 1-3 years general accounting experience, prior experience in accounts payable• Accounting diploma required, preferred LCCI Level III• Knowledge of general accounting procedures• Must have strong work ethics and Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping• Must be well organized and a self-starter and able to follow standard filing procedures• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus• Proficiency in English communication skills• Possess strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to keep company and partner confidences
