PURPOSE OF THE ROLEResponsible for the quality and guarantee that all contractual KPIs/PIs targets are achieved.ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Monitor network performance and work closely with all network departments to evaluate service performance trends. • Validate integrity of the data provided by the performance tool and track, monitor network performance SLA for the different domains. • Monitor Customer Experience service quality and third party applications by using Deep Packets Inspection tools. • Responsible for automation of the existing reports and assessment of the internal performance management tool with multi vendor capabilities • Capable to build an internal Database for Performance Data Collection and Interaction with third party solutions for Dashboard creation (eg. Tableau, Qlik)• Participate in cross functional meeting with key stakeholders involved in the deployment and deployment of network services • Manage Vendor Management System on daily basis through monitoring KPIs/PIs degradation, raising issues with priorities and SLAs, and following up for resolution• Propose new metrics/KQIs to measure more accurate customer experience
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor degree in electronics, computer or telecommunication• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Telecom with operators or Vendors from regional• Good knowledge and understanding in defining KPIs/PIs for Radio, Core (CS,PS), Transmission (IP, DWDM-Dense Wavelength division multiplexing, MW), SQL• Strong knowledge in Managed Services environment and SLAs to deal with Vendor Management at different levels• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community• Fluency in English both spoken and written is mandatoryThis position is open for both Myanmar nationals and foreign candidates.
