The Graphic Designer is responsible for concept development, design, layout, pre- production and printing coordination of a variety of print and digital marketing and communications channels including merchandise, website, magazines, brochures, billboards handbooks, mail campaigns, posters, invitations, advertisements and print and digital displays as assigned for the Marketing Supervisor.

Scope of work

• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery: Conceptualizes, designs and executes layout of a variety of printed and digital materials as assigned for offline and online advertising.
• Generating fresh concepts: Develops effective, cohesive visual concepts that look at marketing needs in a fresh and unique way.
• Create new and original designs from scratch for the school based on management or teacher’s specification, needs and brand image.
• Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, student handbooks, videos, merchandise, etc.)
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects and assists in the improvement and application of school brand guideline.
• Using their strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identifies, selects, and coordinates vendors for printing and publication services, as appropriate to the project; may write and process requests for proposals for printing requisitions.
• Oversees and coordinates the production process; develops and writes printing and/or other production specifications, and selects appropriate production materials, such as ink and paper; inspects proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards. Provides creative and technical advice and guidance.
• Develops a workflow for multiple concurrent projects; participate in production and marketing planning group sessions and meetings.
• Coordinate a graphics and photographic library and maintain digital records of all designs on Microsoft team and hard disk monthly updated.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Any graduate or other related business degree from a recognized university

• Professional English Language level is a must

• At least 2 years of working experience in a graphic designer role and preferably in the Education sector.
