Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Graphic Designers and Head of Creative on all design projects. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for resizing and adapting designs to different media channels including both digital and traditional, brainstorming ideas for creative content, and being a guardian of the KBZPay and KBZ Bank brands. 

The Junior Graphic Designer will be required to work quickly and accurately on a number of projects at the same time.

  • Be a brand guardian for both KBZ Bank and KBZPay brands, and make sure all designs follow the brand guidelines.
  • Resizing and adaptation of Key Visuals for different channels - both digital and traditional.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to help develop ideas for campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Make regular updates to branded marketing materials such as presentation templates, letterheads, poster designs, website content, application forms and other banking materials. 
  • Image sourcing from the internet and image websites for use in design visuals.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in art, design or other relevant subject
  • Proven ability to work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a design role - preferably in a creative agency or marketing team
  • Portfolio of design work ready to show in interview.
  • Basic understanding of English preferred, but fluency not essential
