Responsibilities:• Establishes and continually monitors UGBS business development strategies with objectives, targets and measurable KPIs. • Prepares an annual Business Development Plan in close co-operation with the management team. Identifies opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.• Develops annual Media and Conference planning, including sponsorship opportunities.• Develops business opportunities via well-established contacts in the Myanmar market. • Gathers marketing intelligence to be used for the preparation of service offerings. • Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential. • Responds to customers’ requests/ enquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Exhibits a creative, proactive and an innovative approach for new business opportunities. • Works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. • Prepares end of month marketing activity reports as well as ad hoc reports on case by case basis.
Requirements:• University degree in relevant commercial or business subject. • Holding an E.MBA or MBA will be an advantage. • 5 years’ relevant experience in a commercial role in a B2B environment, preferably in professional services. • Excellent command of the English and Myanmar Language. • Fluency in another language is an advantage. • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and sociability skills. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). • Be able to travel sometimes. • Shall be talented as a business developer.
