• Establishes, develops and leas the Recruitment agency in accordance with management guidelines and expectations• Builds an applicant pool by researching, contacting and collecting data through social service, media and internal sites• Communicates with potential customers to understand their needs and provides advice about recruitment requirements• Responsible for compiling and generating reports for customers as per the service level agreements• Researches the in-market opportunities and competitors• Implements the recruiting selection process(advertising staff vacancies, replying to applicants, evaluation of applications, organizing the selection interviews etc.) with transparency and as per the company’s procedures• Attracts prospective candidates using a variety of channels by placing job advertisements, using newsgroup and job sites (such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and in close cooperation with the CC&M service line• Conducts interviews in a professional manner• Prepares and proposes the overall recruiting strategy and action plan after analyzing the current talent markets and submits this to the Global Head of HR• Acts as a point of contact for recruitment and selection issues and complaints
• University degree and/or Diploma in HR Management or Business Management• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar position• Excellent command of the English and Myanmar Language (oral and written)• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills• Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Power Point, Word, Excel & Outlook)• Sufficient understanding of local employment legislation and Myanmar Labor Law
