Job Description

  • Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, complete post goods issues (PGI) and goods receive (PGR) for in-coming shipments and all related warehouse and co-packer (Value added services) activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, free of goods withdrawing and accounting on costing and billing
  • Manage and control SAP interface between Beiersdorf (BDF) and Distributor (DT). IDocs monitoring and manual clearance in case of IDocs posting problems, ensure posting without delays
  • Generate monthly stock comparison report and reconcile, identify stock differences from shortage, damage or missing in DT warehouse management system and BDF SAP
  • Support logistics manager on annual physical stock counting and ensure to complete posting stock difference based on result
  • Generating and monitoring functional KPIs report such as Services level, logistics lead time and cost control
  • Ensure all logistics related activities to follow company’s guideline including compliance and risk control management, support to provide report and documentary as needed
  • 1st level support of SAP key user for logistics & customer services related topics
  • Key contact persons with DT to ensure smooth daily operation and problem solving on issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related fields with leading FMCG companies
  • Result oriented, service oriented and able to balance “process” and “flexibility”
  • Positive mindset and team spirit, energy and courage to challenge and influence the stakeholder
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office, SAP background is essential
  • Good command in spoken and written English
