Job Description

The role holder will be act as manager to analyze the business (VC/Functions) activities and liaise and discuss with Tech team for the requirements. And the role holder manages for portfolio and projects together with Senior Project Manager. This role holder will provide and serves as a business partner from Tech side and facilitate the technology team to get a proper business requirement document. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

  • Leads and effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
  • Design, implement and improve product quality standards
  • Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends
  • Support to get a proper business requirement documents
  • Align with Project Managers to get a good quality and standards of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
  • Communicate and Bridge between Business and Technology
  • Analyze data in order to improve quality standard
  • Managing and monitoring workflows with the team to ensure requisite quality standard are met.
  • Onsite support during working days & working hours.
  • Any other duties/tasks which may assigned by Head of Department and Deputy Head of Department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master Degree is Preferable)
  • Ability to inspire and manage people.
  • Good decision-making and interpersonal skills to build effective relationship with all levels of professional.
  • Maintain calmness under tight pressure.
  • English Language Skill (Both Written and Spoken) is must.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Banking (or) Digital Payment Industry is required
