Job Description

  • Developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates
  • Manage payroll related activities
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
  • Need to handle the staffs’ problems between staff and the Management
  • Handle all of the problems related to staffing.
  • Need to do every specification that the HR Manager needs to do, overall
  • Communicate with HOD of all Departments and do together to achieve the organizational goals

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (preferably with HR certificate (or) HR diploma)
  • At least more than 5 years of experience in related field
  • Able to speak and write English fluently
  • Able to use Microsoft application/email and internet
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of labor law
  • Good personal organizational skills including time management and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Good leadership Skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Able to Travel(sometimes)
