Job Description

Role Title                             : Indirect Channel Operation Specialist         

Reporting to                       : Sales Planning & Operations Senior Manager                                                                   

Employment Type           : Permanent

Department                       : Regional Business – Sales & Distribution                             

Location                               : Yangon

 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support sales teams by ensuring timely settlement of partner claims- both sales and service partners

 

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure partner claims are settled on time
  • Driving claim accuracy through better understanding – regular partner engagements and aligning sales teams
  • Cross team and cross functional working – with service ops and finance
  • Indirect channel Dealer Payout calculation , validation with finance and issuance of RFP and clear the payout through EVC
  • SPO Promoter Salary calculation / validation with Finance, coordination with ERI for timely salary disbursement
  • SPO promoter Incentive Calculation / Validation with Finance, coordination with ERI for timely salary disbursement
  • Maintaining DMS Hierarchy / Managing EVC wallet / Dealer Trailing commission payout
  • Analysis of payout and effectiveness of scheme and Communication of Trade scheme
  • Coordinate with internal & Region stakeholders to ensure success and deployment within timelines
  • Close coordination with Cross functional team like Marketing BI / Finance to ensure smooth & error free payout

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cross functional coordination skills / Partner management  - internal & External
  • Strong communications skills in both English & Myanmar
  • 3 – 5 years’ work experience in  FMCG or telecommunications industry
  • Experience translating data into strategic initiatives and cascading action plans
  • Excellent communication skills; able to lead effective negotiations with channel partners and agencies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic understanding of telecom industry, key technologies, market trends and dynamics
