>To monitor and analyze KPI of network quality, making daily report and weekly report and individual report from real time raw data on time

>Deeply analyze & evaluate traffic data  to improve MPT service quality

>To develop team member skills about IXP/ISP network

>To develop quick report process such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

>Monitor KPIs and traffic, achieve necessary to improve network quality for customer satisfaction.
