Under the direct supervision of General Manager this position provides administrative and secretarial support for General Manager. Duties & responsibilities: Handle GM's schedule, booking meetings & appointments Prioritize daily tasks & responsibilities Transcribe meeting minutes Handle GM's personal & business correspondence such as emails & memos Internal and External Communication Arrange business travels for GM (air tickets, accommodation, local transport, etc. via travel agent)
Any graduate 3 years of minimum experience in secretary position Initiative and knowledge of secretariat tasks Good personality Good communication & interpersonal skill Flexibility Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint, etc.)
