Overall Description
Are you passionate about technology & sales? Do you want to work in the B2B field? Alote, part of the JobNet Group is a job search and recruitment platform for non-office jobs, general workers technical roles, blue collar, grey collar as well as entry-level roles in Myanmar, for industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, F&B, construction, services and more. You will be responsible for managing the Alote sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs and collaborating with the management team to achieve an identified set of strategic objectives. You will accomplish this through you and your team’s ability to sell the full scope of Alote Recruitment Technology products.
Main Responsibilities
•    Responsible for managing and motivating the Alote sales team 
•    Train the Inside Sales – Alote Sales Executives
•    Ensure that all Alote sales team members hit their monthly KPIs. 
•    Implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and handle customer complaints
•    Follow up sales closure activation and onboarding clients with customer success team and customer acquisition admin team.
•    Interact closely with other team members and departments to ensure that clients' needs are met.
•    Developing the Alote sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently

Job Requirements

●    Minimum of 3 to 5 years sales team lead experience 
●    Bachelor degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
●    Excellent presentation skills and the ability to make presentations to key decision makers and internal stakeholders. 
●    Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members
●    Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
●    Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
●    Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
