Support the Business Strategy Manager and the team by providing clear and helpful information required to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for Hana. 

Assist in implementing business strategies across multiple disciplines before testing and implementation.  

Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials. 

Examine industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to current business practices and suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth. 

Identify the strength and weakness of the Company and recommend the areas to improve. 

Assist in defining changes to organizational structures based on new business models and concepts 

Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects 

Assist in developing the performance measurement framework and monitor the performance of each department against the agreed framework. 

Delivers data analytics to Business Strategy Team, by product and branch in order to evaluate performance trends Produce different business reports as required. 

Any Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Economics or another related field.  

Minimum (3) years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning field. Must have 2 years experience in management level (Assistant Manager and above). 

Familiar with financial statements and financial transactions.  

Fluent in English (4 skills). (Korean Language skill is a plus).

Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
