Job Description

  • Support the Business Strategy Manager and the team by providing clear and helpful information required to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for Hana. 

  • Assist in implementing business strategies across multiple disciplines before testing and implementation.  

  • Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials. 

  • Examine industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to current business practices and suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth. 

  • Identify the strength and weakness of the Company and recommend the areas to improve. 

  • Assist in defining changes to organizational structures based on new business models and concepts 

  • Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects 

  • Assist in developing the performance measurement framework and monitor the performance of each department against the agreed framework. 

  • Delivers data analytics to Business Strategy Team, by product and branch in order to evaluate performance trends Produce different business reports as required.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Economics or another related field.  

  • Minimum (3) years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning field. Must have 2 years experience in management level (Assistant Manager and above). 

  • Must have research and analysis experience – proficient in Microsoft excel and creaing report 
  • Must have experience in preparation of policy, procedures and proper documentation
  • Familiar with financial statements and financial transactions.  

  • Fluent in English (4 skills). (Korean Language skill is a plus).

  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
