Job Description

  • Lead and participate as functional team member in development / implementation / managed service activity streams such as parameterization, test execution, defect tracking and coordination with internal team or offshore support teams for various activities.
  • Gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) from our customers and translate these into configuration and setup of the Mambu system
  • Analyse business requirements and participate in FRS functional requirement specifications
  • Work as part of Mambu support team with digital lenders, start-ups, microfinance organizations and new business units of traditional banks team (including After Hours Support on-call rotation) 
  • Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Mambu products and technology to meet customer needs
  • Provide training to end users on the Mambu platform and new feature releases
  • During implementations, work with all onsite stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverables that meet quality expectations of organization
  • Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for
  • Mambu

  • Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Mambu. Comply with Mambu, Customer audit, Compliance requirements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and make sure the product configuration meet with business requirement
  • Provide ongoing support and Q&A to existing stakeholders
  • Lead and monitor Mambu core functional team and provide training to junior  team members
  • Ownership of smooth customer experience and journey

Job Requirements

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in a related area with Core Banking.

  • Proven experience in

    -Managing a service and support focused team culture,

    -Core banking functional especially in lending area

    -Project Implementation and Project Management

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Information technology or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Core Banking functional.
  • Strong knowledge of retails banking and lending products
  • Strong ability to multi-task efficiently under time pressure
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to quickly gather, analyse and synthesize information
