Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecast for the company.
  • Review and understanding of business plan for short and long-term project from others department.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts for the organization.
  • Work with CFO on the departments’ business plans, analyze the budget estimates, and provide relevant advice on the impact of budget.
  • Support CFO in producing monthly management reports and preparation of presentation materials for monthly and quarterly Management and Board meetings
  • Manage analysis of various costs such as COGS, OPEX and CAPEX for cost optimization.
  • Identify any budget/P&L risks and provide advice how to best manage departmental budgets/cost analysis and consult with CFO.
  • Support internal stakeholders with evaluations of Cost center’s specific spending, providing monthly Budget vs. Actual reports at cost center level and taking corrective actions if adjustment is required.
  • Review monthly financial performance reports prior to submission to management.
  • Analysis the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically review them for correctness, accuracy and completeness.
  • Works closely with Finance Operation team in optimizing cost efficiency and improving Margins.
  • Collaborates with Financial Operation team on periods ending (monthly, quarterly, yearly, ad hoc) variance analysis and reporting.     
  • Gathers all department related information and KPIs for Internal and External reporting needs to support Reporting team.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Degree in accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferable within insurance industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in FP&A
  • Strong focus on timely and accuracy of reporting


  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels including senior management staff
  • Strong analytical skills and able to work with complex data from different functions within the organization
  • Meticulous, good communication skill and eye for details
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good team player
  • Have an open-mind for new challenges
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
