To collect daily departmental to do list and report to GM. To read newspaper and report related news To keep record and arrange daily sales voucher and order To check invoices and keep records of office letters. To perform renewal of company registration. To learn update solar products and price and inform to branch offices. To attend project meeting assigned by seniors. To make list of contractors and debtors record and report to account department weekly. To make phone call of customer feedback and prepare quotation list monthly. To make preparation of required data and documents for tender and projects. To arrange the cases of customer repair To maintain office tools and accept operation stock in co-operating with store keeper in case. To make data list of weekly, monthly, yearly customer care, customer result, quotation list report to sales executives. To handle daily phone inquiry and support in customer complaints.
Bachelor degree in any discipline Certificate in Sales & Marketing Management/ Customer Service is a plus Must have good communication and negotiation skill Must be fast learner in new things/technology Must have good personality Fair in English language Must be able to travel
