Duties and responsibilities- Develop and oversee the execution of a robust agent on-boarding process (document validation, branding, training and provision of business devices) in compliance with set out regulatory guidelines.- Develop and oversee the execution of an agent monitoring and support framework (liquidity management, visits by Agent Servicing Team) to maintain an active agency channel.- Initiate and manage relationships with Agent Servicing team to support the Agent Channel in line with banks strategic objectives.- Communicate with Agent Servicing team, Regional Offices and Branches to provide instructions, guidelines and information whatsoever are required.- Find the prospected main agents and or partners in the required regions to develop agent network to be solid and strong in term of cash flow and liquidity management and transactions.- Plan and roll out the effective promotion plans to drive agents’ transactions and agent app’s utilization rate - Scope the market for solutions to inform agent banking channel growth and evolution.- Travel and visit around the branches and countryside to provide trainings and arranging activities/events together with agents for mutual growth.
Requirements- Bachelor degree specializing in Economics, Business administration, social science or other related field (MBA degree holder and International Graduate is preferable!)- Have 2-5 years of agency banking experience and/or sales management (Managerial experience is a preferable)- Good leadership skill, people management skill and presentation skill- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously- Able to travel according to business requirement- Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)- Myanmar Nationality only
