-Responsible for delivering the operational objectives and processes of the HR functions under the direction of the HR Manager to align with business directions and priorities.
-Prepare daily employee attendances/ leave/OT accordingly as a pyroll data inputs.
-Administer and calculate monthly income tax, SSB and other such adjustments.
-Support with the timely printing (where relevant) and distribution of payslips to all staff.
-Promote HR initiatives to create an efficient and engaged workplace.
-Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment process.
-Assist/conduct employee onboarding programs and coordinate in organizing training & development initiatives.-Support the HR Manager with the annual pay review and bonus process across the business.-Support the HR Manager in producing monthly HR metrics and other management information as requested.
-Assist HR Manager in the collection and compiling of salary benchmarking and salary survey data.
-Maintain all HR documentations and do any ad-hoc work related assignments.
-Wide spectrum of Human Resoruce /Orgnaizational Development Skills
-Bachelor Degree is a must-Those who have HR degree/diploma are highly considerable.
-5 years of working experience in the related field
