Planning and coordinating the production of combat sports events such as Myanmar Letwei. This involves working with the production team to create schedules, allocate resources, and plan the overall production process for events.

Liase with internal team: Responsible to liase and work collaboratively with acquisition, technical, editors, cameramen, and other production staff to ensure effective organizing of the production & event if occured. 

Collaborating with external partners: Work with external partners such as production house, federations, sponsors, and venues to ensure that the events run smoothly and drive to achieve the result that meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Ensuring quality and consistency of production: Responsible for maintaining high standards of production quality across all combat sports events( Pre/During & Post). This may involve developing and enforcing production standards, providing feedback to team members, and ensuring that all aspects of the production meet company and industry standards. 

Analyzing and scheduling for monthly sports contents as per the acquired rights in term of Live, rerun,program, date, time, delivery.

Managing budgets and resources: Responsible for managing the budget for combat sports events & shows and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the value of the events.

Event Directing: Act as an event director, in the combat sports events that CANAL+ is hosting in-house to ensure timely decision making and smooth operating of the event to deliver the consistent quality throughout the event. 

Hosting: The person would also need to present and provide commentary for combat sports events. This would involve being knowledgeable about the rules and techniques of various combat sports, as well as being able to engage with guests, athletes, and viewers during the magazine show.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the world of combat sports production to ensure to propose innovative ideas for new shows, segments, and features that will engage viewers and set your productions apart from the competition.
