Job Description

Training program management 

  • With the guidance of the Head of HR and Group CHRO, design an engaging training curriculum that meets company needs and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to learn relevant skills and participate. 

  • Act as both a liaison and an advisor to the functional heads, providing expertise on training & talent development opportunities to staff and management 

  • Support the functional heads in the development of their training material 

  • With the guidance of the Head of HR and Group CHRO, develop, monitor and continuously improve the evaluation of the effectiveness of training activities ​ 

  • Provide monthly training & development reports to heads of department, Head of HR and CEO 

New employees onboarding and staff training delivery 

  • Oversee new staff onboarding programs including a wide range of self-access training courses and trainer-led training plans for all staff  

  • Assign, track and verify training and staff development for all center roles 

  • Track the training participation and completion and create reporting visibility on these metrics 

  • Ensure compliance to the training program by the staff and report breaches to the management 

Training Platform administration 

  • Administer the content in Wall Street English Learning Hub and manage the user access 

  • Coordinate with WSE International training department team to optimize the utilization of the platform features 

Human Resources Support 

  • Perform special projects as needed to ensure HR service delivery to the business

Job Requirements

  • 3 years experiences in a Human Resources function, especially in a Training and Development and/or Talent Acquisition role​ 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred​ 

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration​ 

  • Experience in administering training & development programs and HRIS​ 

  • Experience in project management of HR related initiatives​ 

  • Kind, pleasant and effective communicator, comfortable to operate at all levels of the organization​ 

  • Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures and practices​ 

  • Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities​ 

  • Well-developed business ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion​ 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) ​ 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Myanmar and English, with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
