PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo ensure the high uptime of regional assets and sites through outage management and preventive maintenance. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Ensure high network availability and ability to cater to business requirement• Follow-up and coordinate with third party filed maintenance for regional sites availability • Ensure incidents and outages resolution within Service Level Agreement by multivendor • Daily analysis of incidents, change request reports • Reduce sites outage with proactive analysis to reoccurrence issues• Effective energy management by capturing data related to diesel consumption and electricity bills • Responsible to monitor schedule preventive and event-based maintenance for onsite infrastructure to increase infrastructure life• Ensure infrastructure security from vandalism activity
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • University Graduate preferably in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Operation & Maintenance management • Telecommunication related work experience preferred • Experience in Radio Access Network and IP Transport Network • Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Strong leadership skillsThis position is for Myanmar nationals only.Only eligible applicants will be contacted directly by the Ooredoo Myanmar Talent Acquisition Team.
