Incident Response Manager
Min Education Level
Minimum 4 years of incident response experience in banking or Telecommunication .
Must possess ITIL Certification.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in a NOC environment
Experience with incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting)
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and week-ends as necessary
