Job Description

  • Serve as Incident Commander or Incident Manager for major systems incidents.
  • Take part in full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention).
  • Manage and balance workloads of the team to ensure adherence with SLAs, best practices and client communication expectations.
  • Participate and provide guidance with time-sensitive tickets and account escalations.
  • Manage a team of technical production support engineers .
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies to streamline support processes to promote a positive customer experience Experience
  • Audits
  • Participate in external and internal audits and assessments
  • Documentation
  • Close incidents and prepare incident reports of analysis methodology and results.
  • Be responsible for quality control of incident reports.
  • Support workflow development 
  • Develop and maintain Incident Response Plan and Testing
  • Track, measure and evaluate Incident Response compliance across the enterprise
  • Prepare and present weekly presentation status slides

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Minimum 4 years of  incident response experience in banking or Telecommunication .

  • Must possess ITIL Certification.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Experience in a NOC environment

  • Experience with incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting)

  • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and week-ends as necessary
