  •    Supervise car repair and maintenance process, ensuring timely status update and resolving any issues effectively.
  •    Manage fixed assets by maintaining accurate record-keeping and allocating asset codes for effective tracking and utilization.
  •    Maintain and improve administrative documentation with a systematic and organized filing system.
  •    Supervise office security and cleaning services by monitoring daily activity schedules and staff performance.
  •    Oversee the purchasing process of office furniture and materials, ensuring correct allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  •    Plan and implement successful company events for seasonal celebrations and special occasions, ensuring full execution and participation.
  •    Oversee office space organizing, ensuring cleanliness and appropriate material arrangements of materials and equipment.
  •    Monitor and supervise administrative expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget accuracy.
  •    Summarize and categorize expenses, and generate detailed monthly reports.
  •    Analyze administrative expenses and provide budget forecasts.
  •    Ensure timely support for employee needs and availability of office supplies.
  •    Monitor office building conditions daily to minimize damage and proactively manage risks.
  •    Monitor and supervise administrative expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget accuracy.
  •    Summarize and categorize expenses, and generate detailed monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  •    Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  •    Must be hold certification of administrative discipline.
  •    Under 35 years of age.
  •    Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative job.
  •    Strong knowledge of general administrative functions.
  •    Good communication and presentation skills.
  •    Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
