We're looking for an ambitious, organized and energetic individual who can identify, research, and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently. This person must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and communications skills, and should have proficient in English, speaking and writing. Additionally, we need someone who is dependable, a team player, with proven history of self-direction and able to carry out assignments from beginning to completion, and a strong desire to learn from others.

1. Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance for infrastructure systems, and provide solutions
2. Perform onsite or remote troubleshooting on technical issues, including but not limited to, network, servers, workstations operating system, software and hardware issues
3. Record events, problems and their resolution in logs
4. Perform weekly and monthly routine server, network, and workstation administrations and maintenance tasks
5. Participate in needs assessments and evaluate potential purchases for compatibility with existing systems.
6. Involve in new change in IT related projects as business requirement
7. Perform administration for IT services as appropriate and required, including but not limited to, user accounts, file/print, backup/restore, storage, e-mail
8. Perform MS, Linux server setups, migration server, network, workstations and other IT project setup and installation
9. Require to work and participate in project as required, including out-of-business hour deployments
10. Works with Local IT, Group IT, and vendors to achieve high end user satisfaction and business operation continuity for IT services.
11. Oversees reported incidents to help identify interruptions and restore business services
12. Travel within Myanmar and oversea as needed for training or projects

1. B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
2. 1-2 years of work experience in IT support and infrastructure administration
3. Good communication skills in English language (written and spoken)
4. Good problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must.
5. Must be service-oriented and patient to deal with demanding end-users and work environment
