Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Install and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Monitor network performance and identify potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in the implementation of network security measures.
  • Perform routine network maintenance tasks related to network devices and connectivity.
  • Document network configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to restaurant staff regarding network-related issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades relating specifically to network infrastructure.
  • Work with vendors to resolve network hardware or connectivity issues.

Job Requirements

  • A degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical Experience.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network devices.
  • Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network problems effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new networking technologies.
