  • Provide first-line support for ERP issues related to store operations.
  • Monitor system usage and ensure compliance as guideline at the store level.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and escalate to respective functional unit(s) when needed.
  • Deliver hands-on training to store staff on ERP processes and functions.
  • Ensure all store users understand and follow proper ERP procedures.
  • Update and maintain user manuals or quick guides for store reference.
  • Collect feedback from stores and recommend improvements to system usage or process.
  • Submit store visit reports and highlight recurring problems and training needs.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to regional stores

  • Any graduate, Diploma or Certificate in related field will be preferable.
  • Minimum [ 2] years of experience in retail store operations.
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic IT system knowledge is preferable.
  • Conducting training or coaching is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to explain store’s POS functions to non-technical users
