Job Description

1. To make the Organization Structure includes the needed operation/working departments
2. To make the Human Resources Department Organization Structure includes the Two Section as the Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development
3. To write the Organizational Human Resources Policies and Rules & Regulations based on Labor Laws and Organizational Vision.
4. To set up the Human Resources Department’s Objectives as the Strategic & Tactical Objectives
5. To set up the Human Resources Department’s Functions
6. To set up the Individual Job Descriptions in Human Resources Department
7. To build the Human Resources Department as the Doctor of Organization, the Lawyer of Organization and the Advisor of Organization and as an axle among the employees
8. To carry out to get a common concept between BODs and Top Management Level for the organizational sustainable development
9. To carry out check and balance between Employer and Employees and among the all Departments in the organization
10. To handle Human Resources Management System to be changed International system for the stable organization
11. To effectively effort the overall (HRM & HRD) functions of Human Resources Department to be sustainable development for the organization
12. To be accountable & responsible to become Employees Centered Development towards the organizational development

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, MBA is an added advantage
  • 7 years and above experience in HR management position in a high-volume medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Able to communicate with partners and necessary area.
  • Excellent English in written and verbal communication skill is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong strategic planning, management skills and experience in conflict resolution.
