The Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) is designed for individuals seeking opportunities to enhance their professional skills and acquire valuable work experience. This comprehensive eighteen-month program (6 months as a trainee +  1 Year in a professional role) provides trainees with a wide range of knowledge and practical skills. Throughout this duration, trainees will undergo a thorough step-by-step evaluation and will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position upon successful completion of the evaluation.
