Your Mission

The Junior Multimedia Designer (L&D Support) assists the Learning & Development team in producing and maintaining multimedia learning content for the Training & Learning Management System (TLMS). This role primarily supports the Graphic & Motion Designer by handling basic video editing, photo and video shooting for learning programs and company events, TLMS content updates, and simple graphic design tasks. The position contributes to enhancing digital learning experiences through well-organized and visually engaging content while providing opportunities to grow multimedia and learning design skills.

Once You’re Here, You Will Be:

• Assist in editing training videos for TLMS, including onboarding and internal learning programs
• Support photo and video shooting for trainings, workshops, and company events
• Upload, organize, and maintain multimedia learning content on TLMS
• Provide basic graphic design support for learning materials such as thumbnails, posters, and visuals
• Collaborate with L&D team members and follow guidance, feedback, and timelines

Must-Haves:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fresh graduates or up to 1–3 years of experience in video editing or multimedia are welcome
• Basic proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
