This position will be responsible for creating and managing compelling content that effectively communicates the brand's message across social media platforms as well as the website and engages the target audience. Additionally, they must have the ability to analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns. They must stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and constantly adapt the company’s strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Creating engaging content for marketing materials including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital initiatives.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage community management to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Proficient in website updates and maintenance.
• Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and packaging designs etc.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns through metrics and feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are often preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Previous experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies is highly desirable.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term digital marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media channels, email marketing software, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing strategies, ideas, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
