Front Desk Operation

  • Supervise reception services, visitor management, and telephone inquiries.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment at the reception area.

Cleaning, Gardening & Landscaping

  • Monitor daily cleaning schedules and ensure proper hygiene and presentation of all office areas.
  • Oversee gardening and landscaping maintenance, ensuring a neat and pleasant environment.

Security / Guard Management

  • Coordinate with the security team to ensure 24/7 office security.
  • Monitor guard attendance, performance, and access control procedures.

General Office Safety

  • Assist safety team in implementing office safety measures and emergency procedures
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for safety drills, inspections and awareness programs.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the safety team for necessary action.

General Office Supply

  • Manage procurement and stock control for office and pantry supplies.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment.

Billing

  • Handle vendor billing, service contract payments, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and expense verification.

Meeting Room Facility

  • Maintain meeting room facilities, equipment, and booking schedules.
  • Ensure readiness of rooms for meetings and events.

Fixed Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate records of office assets and equipment.
  • Conduct regular asset verification and tagging.

Office Renovation / Relocation Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising renovation or relocation activities.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

Waste Management

  • Coordinate with relevant teams or vendors to ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous or chemical waste in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain proper waste segregation within office premises.

Uniform Management

  • Manage uniform distribution, stock control, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper fitting and timely issuance to staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative operations or facility/workplace management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of safety and facility systems preferred.
