  • Oversee and lead the modern off-trade merchandising team to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage and track the Shelves Hiring Budget, ensuring alignment with actual spend.
  • Monitor product availability and visibility across all channels to maximize presence.
  • Develop and execute the annual Gift with Purchase (GWP) plan.
  • Drive improvements in Modern Off-Trade (MOFT) Share of Shelves.
  • Review investments, shelf hiring, and consumer promotions to maximize ROI.
  • Achieve annual KPIs set by the Key Account Manager (KAM) to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and propose creative merchandising activities to the Key Account Manager (KAM).
  • Plan and execute effective service frequency for merchandising team outlets.
  • Track project progress on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage the Free-of-Charge (FOC) usage plan and ensure actuals are aligned with the budget.
  • Coordinate the timely withdrawal of products or premiums (FOC) from the warehouse, ensuring they are distributed to outlets, and manage the claims process with the Finance Department.

Job Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of modern off-trade merchandising strategies and techniques.
  • Experience with creative merchandising activities and promotions.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage projects across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in managing budgets, especially for shelf hiring and FOC (Free-of-Charge) usage.
  • Ability to track and control budget expenditures against actual performance.
  • Proven experience leading and supervising a team to achieve merchandising objectives.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members to ensure optimal service frequency and outlet coverage.
  • Strong ability to track project performance and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to assess and improve share of shelves and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the off-trade or consumer goods industry.
  • Prior experience in managing modern trade accounts and working with key retailers in the off-trade channel.
  • Proven experience in leading or supervising a merchandising team or field sales team to deliver on set objectives and KPIs.
  • Experience in setting service frequencies and optimizing team performance.
