- Any graduate with a Master of Business Administration (or) MBA/M.Sc in Human Resources Management (Preferred)
- At Least 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication , leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cofidential matters with professionalism.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem sloving skills.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Good computing skills (MS office, HR Systems, email communication, digital tools)
- Aviation - industry or service -industry HR experience is an advantage.
