Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations (e.g., staff activities, festivals, HC programs).
  • Support internal communication
  • Help conduct employee surveys and feedback collection.
  • Maintain proper records of engagement activities and participation.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks related to employee welfare.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments for engagement programs.
  • Help prepare reports and documentation related to engagement activities.
  • Any other duties assigned by the HC team.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong interest in employee engagement, HR activities, and people development.

  • Good communication skills (English & Myanmar).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Active, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
