Purpose

• Create engaging visual content that strengthens the brand, promotes seed products, and supports marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, catalogs, packaging, and POS materials.
• Create digital content, graphics, videos, and social media assets for Facebook, TikTok, websites, and campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
• Ensure consistent branding across all online and offline communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for products, farms, field activities, and company events.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage creative assets and continuously improve design quality.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of branding, social media content, and digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of agriculture, agribusiness, or the seed industry is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to farms, field demonstrations, and company events to capture photos, videos, and other marketing content when required.
