The Junior (System Security Enhancement) Officer responsible for supporting fraud monitoring, analysing for prevention activities purpose. The role involves reviewing suspicious transactions, identifying unusual customer behaviour, conducting preliminary investigations, and escalating potential fraud cases in accordance with the procedures.

  • Monitor on reports from the system to identify unusual, suspicious, or abnormal transaction patterns.
  • Review system-generated alerts, exception reports, and transaction monitoring dashboards.
  • Escalate identified risks, anomalies, and incidents to senior in a timely manner.
  • Analyze transaction trends and patterns to identify potential issues or system issues.
  • Gather and document relevant evidence, findings, and recommendations.
  • Participate in the review and optimization of transaction workflows and operational procedures.
